A 2,400 sq. ft. heated maintenance building with a carport, along with other buildings, offers plenty of storage and support. The property has great infrastructure: propane heat, multiple generators (up to 150 kW), fiber internet, a security system with cameras, and private well and septic systems. It can host over 100 guests for events indoors or outdoors, featuring a lakeside patio, fire pit, trails, docks, and parking for more than 25 vehicles.
The property is fenced all around and includes forestry resources and over 10 miles of mapped trails. With nearly every summer weekend booked for weddings and retreats, Rockwell Lodge is well-suited for hospitality but can also serve as a private estate, corporate retreat, hunting and fishing lodge, or a long-term conservation investment.
